LEAD Conservation

Your people.
Your training.

We work with protected areas to develop their rangers, instructors, leaders and analysts. We come to you, we stay for as long as it takes, and in the end the training is yours.

How it works

We come, we stay, we leave it with you.

We partner deliberately — a few organisations at a time, chosen for fit, not scale.

FIRST

We come to you

Your landscape, your team, your language. We start by listening, and we respect the experience your people already carry.

THEN

We stay for years

Real change is slow. We keep coming back, coaching and mentoring, while your own instructors and leaders grow into the work.

IN THE END

It is yours

Your instructors run your training. We stay close by, answering when you call.

WHO WE ARE

Fifteen people. Thirty-four countries.

We are a small Dutch foundation, started in 2018. We stay small on purpose — it keeps the work personal and flexible.

We train instructors, leaders and analysts. Their instructors run the courses, their leaders run the teams, their analysts steer the operations — with or without us in the room.

Meet the team →

Or just say hello.

Tell us about your landscape and your team, and we will tell you honestly whether we can help. A person answers, usually Dominique.
