UF PRO

The Slovenian garment maker that equips the LEAD training team — and takes what our trainers learn in the field back into its design cycle.

THE PARTNERSHIP

Equipment from one professional field, working in another.

UF PRO builds tactical garments for demanding professionals, on a fast innovation cycle driven by feedback from the people wearing them. LEAD develops the instructors and leaders who keep protected areas safe. Our trainers work in wilderness areas for weeks at a time — exactly the wear a designer wants to learn from.

We have worked together since 2020, on film sets, fundraising campaigns and the kit itself. In 2026 we signed a five-year agreement.

What the UF PRO partnership means to us

A full clothing package Every trainer, head to toe — from jungle hat to rain jacket, refreshed yearly and matched to where they work.

Field feedback Months of wear in forest, savannah and mountain, across three continents, reported straight into UF PRO's design cycle.

Content, made together Two documentary series on tracking so far — free to watch, start to finish, watched by millions.

Joint fundraising Campaigns through UF PRO's own community — the Ranger's Band raised €31,890 for LEAD in 2025.
