Every course carries a deployment contribution: €250 per learner in Africa, €350 in Asia. It pays for travel to the landscape. The Seat Fund covers it when an organisation is stretched.
One-off or monthly. Seats are allocated based on requests by organisations.

What we promise you
No funnel. We will never call you, post you envelopes, or pass your details to anyone.
One email a year. The evidence email — our monitoring results, limits included. The same material our six-figure funders receive. Opt out anytime.
Honest accounting. Every draw on the Seat Fund is a named person on a specific course — requested by their organisation because the budget isn't there that year, reviewed by LEAD, visible in our booking records. If gifts ever exceed requests, the surplus flows to general support — and we say so in the annual report.
Worth knowing
Dutch taxpayers: LEAD is an ANBI (RSIN 856 268 781), so gifts are tax-deductible. A periodieke schenkingsovereenkomst — a five-year agreement, two signatures — makes a recurring gift fully deductible with no threshold. Ask us for the form.
US donors: LEAD is fiscally sponsored by Re:wild, a US 501(c)(3) (Tax ID 26-2887967). Donations are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law. Give via Re:wild’s donation page for LEAD ↗, or write to us about larger gifts.
