For every €1 a commercial provider would charge, a partner receives around €5 of capability development — and keeps it after we leave.
Our trainers are salaried rather than contracted by the day. A curriculum is written once and delivered for years. Every instructor we certify goes on to run courses we are not paid for and never attend. Unrestricted funding pays for the three things that make that arithmetic work — the trainers, the curriculum, and the certification framework — which project grants rarely cover and no partner can fund alone.
